In order for all guests to enjoy a pleasant suite, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules. By booking or moving into our apartment, you accept these house rules.
If you notice anything missing from the furnishings or inventory, or if you require assistance, please inform us immediately. We are also happy to provide you with information and advice on excursions and similar topics.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all suites as well as throughout the entire building. Smoking is only permitted on the terraces. Please use the provided ashtrays.
If the smoking ban is violated anywhere on the premises, we reserve the right to charge €300 at check-out. If smoke detectors are triggered by cigarettes (including electronic ones), a charge of €600 will be applied.
a) You will receive a personalized access code to your suite at check-in. This code will be automatically deactivated after your check-out.
b) Please do not share your access code with third parties. You will be held liable for any damage or loss of items resulting from such sharing.
a) Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. at the earliest. An early check-in will be charged €50 and must be arranged in advance.
b) Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. A late check-out will be charged €50 and must be arranged in advance.
c) Breakfast is served fresh daily (December to March) between 7:30 a.m. (from 8:00 a.m. on weekends) and 10:00 a.m. Outside the winter season, breakfast is not offered.
d) Please submit your breakfast order form (December to March) by 6:00 p.m. the previous day. If no order is placed, breakfast will be delivered the following day at 8:30 a.m.
e) Out of consideration for all guests, we kindly ask for quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
a) Every guest is registered in accordance with legal requirements.
b) The tourist tax of €4.50 per person per night is payable upon departure in cash or by credit/debit card.
c) The tourist tax is not included in the room price.
a) After breakfast (December to March), clearing is done. Please leave your suite open during this time if you are not present. If you are present, you may of course lock your door.
b) Towels are only replaced if left on the floor, for environmental reasons.
c) Please completely empty the refrigerator before departure.
d) Dishes, cutlery, pots, and kitchen appliances should only be returned clean. Otherwise, please leave them dirty in the sink.
e) Please do not dispose of food scraps, hygiene products, fats, or other waste in the sink, washbasin, shower, or toilet to avoid blockages.
f) Do not enter the suites with hiking or ski boots. These can be taken off and stored in the ski room in the basement. Suites may be accessed with clean, dry shoes.
a) Parents are responsible for their children.
b) We assume no liability for valuables brought along or accidents.
c) Please ensure that all lights are switched off when leaving the suite – this protects the environment, keeps mosquitoes and moths away during summer, and pleases the landlord.
a) Guests are obliged to treat the suites with care and ensure that fellow travelers comply with the house rules.
b) Should any damage occur, please report it immediately. We wish to avoid any inconvenience after your departure.
c) Guests are liable for damages to the extent of replacement costs. Such damages are usually covered by household insurance.
d) Broken plates or glasses will be charged at €5 per item at check-out.
e) Normal wear and tear is covered by the rental of the suite. In case of severe damage, such as deep scratches on walls, doors, destruction of furniture, mirrors, televisions, bathroom fittings, or kitchen appliances, an additional charge corresponding to the damage may be invoiced to the guest.
Pets are not allowed in the Residenz Kaiser Franz Josef.
All public areas, including stairwells, are monitored by video surveillance to ensure your safety.
